Some time has passed after the second class trial drew to a close, with the successful reveal of the second blackened.
Once everyone returned back to the 7th Floor, they noticed that the next gate opened up, revealing another set of stairs downwards to the 6th Floor.
Upon entering... nothing happened. No bracelets on the arms or anything. The Monokuma Bros. still appeared, though.
"Welcome to the 6th floor, kiddies!"
"Yes, welcome, indeed! You did a good job at the trial! Those breakdowns were deliciously despairful!"
"So, like usual, here's your next motive!"
The Monokuma Bros. began to drumroll and the area suddenly became dark. Then, two spotlights shined. One on Mei, another on Abraham. Then the spotlights moved around and they finally stopped at Joo and Tomoe.
"Well, welly welly well well, here's something we've been hiding from you, kids."
"Exactly! It appears, one of you is in cahoots with us! That's right, there's a traitor amongst you! If you can figure out who they are and kill them, you might get something nice! What exactly, is a secret, though!"
"But bro! We are two brothers, and this is totally the game of duality! We have a second traitor for you to fish out as well!
"And one more thing..." Their voice suddenly got quieter. "Here are two people who should not be here at all. Where there is Despair, there is Hope. If you can find and eradicate these traitors, your reward will be greater!"
Suddenly, a small bottle dropped from the TV containing the Monokuma Bros. onto the ground. If examined more closely, it says "Antagonist" on it.
"See that small bottle? That bottle is your other motive! Its contents can revive any person you desire! Let's show it off!"
It was at that point that Taro Arakawa suddenly got speared by a hidden trap in the ground. Lifeless, he falls to the ground.
Taro Arakawa was dead.
The Monokuma Bros.' TV then procured its claw again, opened the bottle and spread its contents over his bloody body. Not even three minutes later, all his wounds have healed and he stood back up.
Taro Arakawa was resurrected.
"One final thing: The bottle is a separate motive from the traitor one! Whoever kills gets the bottle, regardless of whether you kill a traitor or not! And that's all for today, folks! Toodles!"
With that, the Bros. disappeared.

MEI MEIYO -KENJUTSU MASTER- Sighing to herself, Mei Meiyo left the trial room, and batted at her short black hair. Why didn't the Jack listen to her? Surely, Yoko had some possession that Mei could keep her spirit through. But alas, she was gone now, and left nothing but a bitter taste of insanity. She had killed Jun, that was true. However, Mei wasn't a hypocrite. She wouldn't hate someone for simply killing or else, what would that make her?
The lower floor had opened up, now, just as they had before. But, Mei once again headed to the Woman's Quarters instead. She had an idea and she wanted to execute it as quickly as possible. She hoped that either Sybil or Joo had picked up the 5 ball during the investigation. If not, she'd have to ask one of the boys, but they don't seem all that cooperative.
The Kenjutsu Master scanned the room and, thankfully, it didn't take long to spot the 5 ball sitting on a bed. Looking over her shoulder, Mei made sure that no one was watching her and then pocketed the 5 ball. This will be how I keep your spirit alive, Kamiya. Your real spirit. Not that... madwoman. Afterwards, Mei left the Woman's Quarters and headed down the stairs to join the others.
As she stepped down there, Mei looked up at the Monokuma Bros. that were frolicking on the screen. She shut her eyes as the room went dark and a bright light shone on her. Too much light! Then it left her and, hesitantly, she opened her eye a crack to see it land on Joo.
"There's a traitor amongst you!"
Well, Mei wished that she could be surprised, but wasn't this what Joo had insinuated to her before? The possibility of traitors?
"If you can figure out who they are and kill them, you might get something nice!"
Right. Death. The people here are smart... mostly. A killer is sure to get caught. But, even so... The dropping of a bottle took Mei's attention again and she frowned. 'Antagonist', but, what could that mean? Then the Monokuma Bros. explained what it was and then...
Then...
Taro Arakawa got skewered and Mei stepped back, drawing her wakizashi on instinct. Were the Monokuma Bros. so trigger happy now that they'd kill on a dime- No, wait... Taro was still alive. They dunked the bottle on him and he stood back up.
But that was impossible. Mei had never seen or heard of such a thing, yet here it was. "Impossible."

The repayment of a bad action is one equivalent of it. But if someone pardons and puts things right, his reward is with Allah. Certainly he does not love wrongdoers. Surat Ash-Shura, 40.
For the last few days have left Oppenheimer noticeably absent from the group and was declared missing after the trial. Unbeknownst to all but himself and Allah, he was hidden away for deep prayer to Allah. His actions in the trial were, inexcusable. He let his emotions cloud his judgement. He let his anger be in control and performed actions that could never be replaced.
Oppenheimer was being passive aggressive. He wanted to tick off Katsu for not being kind. He did away with Tomoe. He did away with everybody and failed to try to become close with everyone, despite considering everyone his friends. It was a hypocritical aspect of Katsu. Then again, a so-called devout Muslim speaking of peace and harmony was performing actions of the latter. Why? He was never like this at home. But, then again, he knew where the threat was coming from. He knew how to avoid it. He knew he would be forgiven for his actions against her, but here was not such a case.
He was such a screw up and nobody accepted his apology. He couldn't handle under this kind of pressure. He never could. All he wanted was to go back in time and redo the entire trial all over again. He would listen to the words of Katsu Kuno and not pass them as his own. I agree with Katsu completely. He would have taken the high road and prevented any and all who dare to take out petty grievances out during the trial. He was useless. He always was. He couldn't even procure a talent without screwing up to begin with.
All the anger. All the fights. All the bloodshed. All the horror. Allah seemingly absent. He realized now why they were all brought here.
They were brought here because they deserved it. A never ending cycle of torture.
"How long?"
He asked the bears after there demonstration that he seldom cared about.
"How long have we've been killing each other, just for you to revive us?"
Everything seemed to be placed like this.
"Izuku did kill me in the simulation. The VHS tape was real. Then you simply revived us so we can play this game all over again. It's the only logically sound solution. All I want to know is how long have we've been killing each other for? Years? Is there anything to even go back to out there?"
He pointed out the window and looked longingly outside from where he stood.
"Is Ahuva even still alive? Is anyone else but us still alive?"
He sighed.
"Is there any point to continue? You're just going to revive us again and again until even you get bored of it. I probably already realized this twenty times over. And it never did me any good?"
He left back to the men's corridors, to sleep. There was nothing else interesting to do. He already done everything. He'll do it all over again.

People should remain true to who they are...
Da Ji was a mess after this trial, one of her closest friends just went insane in front of her and she couldn't do nothing, if only she tried harder to talk with her she could've stopped Yoko from doing what she did if only..."Oh... the motive..." once again there was no time to rest, Da Ji was ready for anything at this point of the game at least that what she thought."there's a traitor amongst you! and "We have a second traitor" those words made she feel uneasy, a traitor among us? things couldn't get worse "A-A traitor? no..." her voice was trembling, why would someone help Monokuma with that game? that's..."And one more thing..." The bears then started to talk about Hope and Despair, there was Hope Traitor and a Despair Traitor? this doesn't make any sense at all she shaked her head after hearing that, they continued to talk about something name Antagonist but she didn't pay much attention to it until...Taro just died in front of her speared by a trap, but why? what did he do? he didn't break any rules so why... Da Ji couldn't find the answer and just falled on her knees and kept staring at Taro but then the Bears spread that Antagonist thing on his body and he miracously came back to life,"H-H-How...?" she was happy really, really happy but also creeped out, what just happened here? ressurecting people from the death isn't possible unless... was Yoko right after all?

[googlefont="VT323"] Computers are magnificent tools for the realization of our dreams, but no machine can replace the human spark of spirit, compassion, love, and understanding. A traitor? Hm. Someone here was working against them, and then they said there was someone who didn't belong. If there was a traitor working for despair, this traitor in turn was for Hope, at least according to the bear. If they didn't belong, were they here to save them? Why would they let themselves go into a situation like this? They were obviously not doing their job if they were here to save them. And apparently the bears thought they were still alive, which meant they probably were alive, and the bears knew who they were, otherwise they couldn't give them the prize for killing said traitor.
That bottle was a definite mystery. Katsu looked down at his legs and his weak hands that sat on them. Could that bottle heal him? It was a tempting offer, but he didn't crack last time. He had to live with what he was given, though he wished he could go back and actually be able to walk again. He wasn't sure if his hands were able to type still, but he did have a keyboard he could check on. If not.. he would have lost everything that gave him meaning other than his best friend. That could possibly be why he latched back onto here and decided to be her friend again.
"Hmph. I don't believe this bottle's powers. How do we know Taro isn't working with the bears? He got away with destroying a keyboard and is known for magic. I suggest no one take this too seriously." Katsu crossed his arms and waited there for several moments, looking between those who were still there. "Yoko lost her mind. I wouldn't place any bet that she was correct. Please stop doubting your own sanity. What really matters is getting out of here, nothing else. And we'll find a way together to get out of here with enough time. If someone doesn't belong here, that means people out there know that we're here and are trying to save us… I don't like talking. But someone had to say it… I just… don't want anyone else to die. Don't judge this situation… without knowing everything. Don't let your emotions cloud your judgement…"

Izuku frowned. Playing this game… Playing all of this was something that he honestly didn’t exactly want. He wanted to see Katsu fight back against him and thus far, he hasn’t portrayed the actions that Izuku wanted from him. He scowled as he approached the screen.
”So you want to make sure that a person who was working on your side dies correct? How dumb is that,” he paused, ”...However, you have to know, that you lost my loyalty.” He punched the screen and took his bleeding hand out.
”I’m done with this game Monokuma Brothers. You see, I’ve been working with them for the longest time. However, I’m done. And don’t think that I’m doing this because I’m regretting all the actions I have done so far.” Izuku took off his jacket and laid it out in front of him. He smirked.
”Well, I broke one of the rules. Come on. Come at me. I don’t fear death,” Izuku called out to the factory. He was done with this. He was ready to go. Sure he would never figure out who was the real, true villain, but hey, it was fun while it lasted.

He did it. The braindead idiot actually did it. He punched the screen and called out to die.
"Although punching us wasn't very nice, we'll still grant you your wish! By the way, even your Vet would have been more useful as our Despair Traitor than you ever were! You were as useful as a snowball in a volcano!"
The Bros. pressed a button and the familiar claw came back to drop a hollow metal crate onto Izuku. In a fraction of a second, the crate was being lit on fire by 4 flamethrowers that were hiding in the ground.
The metal crate got heated for quite some time. After everything was done, the metal crate was lifted to reveal a single pile of ash. Not even the jacket was spared.
The claw then scooped up the ashes with a bottle and tossed them outside the nearest window, where it landed in the acid.
Izuku Garcia, the Ultimate Helper, is dead.
"This is what happens when you defy us!"

What a surprise, the kid who had done nothing but practically scream "I am a villain" the entire time he had been here was actually evil? Nobody could have seen that coming. At this point though did it really even matter? Tomoe was still kind of processing the fact that she had very nearly been murdered by Yoko and now she just wasn't in the mood to put up with anything that was happening.
So as the bears rambled on about the motive and yadda yadda yadda, Tomoe just simply shrugs, and lumbers off to the womans quarters. She'll think about how this motive isn't feasable, and there was no medical miracle cream that can bring someone back from the dead like that later. For now, she just wanted to sleep for a year or two

The mood in the air was one of despondence. Who could blame them?
The bears performed a feat of resurrection. It may have been fake, but Akimi wouldn't put it past them to somehow get hold of the knowledge to do so. With all the talents that Hope's Peak had at its disposal, to rival the powers of God seemed like a much more attainable feat than it should have supposedly been. After that, Izuku signed his name for death and punched the screen. The flower artist couldn't bear to watch. She took out her earpiece and turned away.
Catching sight of Tomoe walking away - best guess, towards her bed - she quietly left the group and trailed behind her, keeping a distance amounting to at least a few steps away.

Joo-Eun Cruz - SHSL Poet
"Fiction is the truth inside the lie." - Stephen King
|
Joo-Eun was walking near where Mei was to talk to her when it happened; all of a sudden the rude white haired helper was sprouting something about the new motive, then he said something that caught Joo-Eun’s attention.
“You’ve lost my loyalty.” Izuku, the SHSL Helper has said.
Joo-Eun stopped next to Mei to watch scene unfold and saw how the brothers executed him in front of them. Joo-Eun slightly inched closer to Mei for some sort of demented delusion of a protection and she held her arm. She has seen more brutal executions that this, but this one happened outside the punishment room and hence the Poet feared that it would accidentally kill someone else, too.
After the execution has ended, she watched as Izuuku was thrown outside the window as if he was just some kind of weightless doll and that was the last that they saw of the Ultimate Helper. Joo shook her head at the absurdity of it all but she is more disappointed at Izuku than anything.
For him, to just stand there helping the brothers without saying anything... it was as horrible as it sounds, seeing as he was also part of the killing game. Did the brothers hold something as a blackmail for him? Did he want others to suffer as well? Or was it just his talent as a Helper that made him help even the most vile people?
Joo-Eun was afraid that she will never know the answer.
The Poet closed her eyes for a moment and counted to ten in Spanish under her breath, she did this to calm herself. It’s best to think deeply about these things alone, she thought. She didn’t have any other words to tell the others, she didn’t even have enough energy to even think right now and so Joo-Eun gently tapped Mei’s shoulders and whispered, “let us go,” to her. She then walked outside the door hoping that the swordswoman was right behind her because she happened to give Joo-Eun some comfort just by being next to her.

Everyone wants a magical solution for their problem, yet everyone refuses to believe in magic. Wow. He was dead, now, he's alive as ever! What a wonder! Of course he would be! This birdcrap was fake, he was the SHSL Magician! He never dies! Well, no one here was trusting him including Da Ji, so he wasn't able to tell this to them but... Whatever, these losers could commit murder as much as they want, they still were going to die.
Even though he didn't knew, he also knew that bottle was a huge ol' lie. Pshhh... There was no way in hell that the SHSL Magician could die without his own will. Yeah. Yeah that was it. Of course. Yeah.
WELL LETS CHANGE THE TOPIC- Taro turned to the bonerkuma hoes and flipped his middle finger to them.
''HA! YOU THINK I CAME BACK BECAUSE OF YOUR PETTY POTION? I'M THE SHSL MAGICIAN, DOOFUSES! OF COURSE I'LL CHEAT DEATH! PWAHAHAHA!''
Taro expressed his supremeness against bonerkuma hoes. That was needed to be done.
However, later on the killer abs with tan skin and white hair was thrown out of the window. Taro was in shock. He liked that guy, he messed with him and had his sock shoved to his mouth but at least he was down to earth and had a right mindset.
''Pity.''
Even though he felt sadness, Taro only expressed his emotions as this. Pity. It was true though, he didn't care much and it was another step for his survival. Taro then laughed, and sighed. He was happy and sad. He was a complicated guy. Words: 257 | Tag: | Notes: -

TAG None WORDS 260 Dead inside | This factory just never let up with the twists and turns, like a bad movie. Some miracle tonic that could revive any person from well beyond the brink of death? Absurd. A mole for the mastermind, suddenly revealing themselves to the remaining survivors, only sealing their own death? Preposterous. Yet both those events just occurred within a couple minutes.
The site of Taro's body getting skewered, splattering onto the ground, caused the girls blood to run cold. She hated that sight. She'd seen more than enough blood the past few days. But other than how revolting the display was.. She wasn't exactly shocked. This special circle of hell has left her jaded by now. Would it really be so shocking if she died next? Surviving this long seemed almost unfair to the others.
"I.. doubt there are two people working for the brothers. Considering Izuku just outted himself, this Antagonist thing might be real." Even if this place would cease to surprise her, she still wondered how such a thing could even exist. It was either magic, or science advanced enough to look like magic.
"Though, would it be l-less believable to think they just brainwashed Izuku to say those things. Or m-maybe we're all hallucinating?" Did it matter what explanation there was for this? It was a motive. Just a tool to incite murder.
"...Well. May as well look around." With a deep, reserved sigh, Sybil walked forward, keeping her vision averted from the recently resurrected teenager. The sooner she forgets about seeing a spear impale someone, the better. |
